Unable to access any OCI resources

Summary:

I am unable to access any resources on the online OCI console page. I am logged in as the admin user in Incognito where no extensions are installed. I cannot view or do anything (viewing compartments, adding users, etc.) except logging in an out.

Content (required):

This related issue response did not help since all extensions are disabled and I am using Google Chrome Incognito (latest version).
