Documentation for how to define default ESS Job Parameters in a Job Set

Summary:

We are interested in creating a Job Set to run a collection of Jobs on an ad-hoc basis, by the end user. As such, we want the appropriate users to be able find the Job Set and submit it without needing to enter the parameters for each Job in the Job Set. We think this can be done by defaulting each Job's parameters at the step level of the Job Set.

We have found some evidence hinting that this is possible, such as "Unable To Set Different Parameters For Job Added Twice In Custom Job Set (Doc ID 2701499.1)" which describes a flag to use when passing parameters to a Job that's repeated within the Job Set.
