Reporting Comments on Termination/Resignation Quick Action

In classic UI, we were able to pull Employer Comment on OTBI analyses but that field is not available in RUX and is replaced with Comments and Attachments. How do you pull comments entered in this field on an analysis?

Our current termination analyses/reports are created from Workforce Management - Work Relationship Real Time. What is the other subject area do we need to pull that comment field?

We have approval workflow, which means there will be comments from different approvers. How do you avoid having multiple rows?
