Changing Period Average Rate Type on Currency Translation Options

Summary:

We would like to change the FX Rates we are using for Period Average Rate type - but it is greyed out on the Manager Reporting Currency setup page

Can we revise this rate? We would change Dec-22, and then FY23 to date. I have deleted the current translated balances for those timeframes. Do I have to create a new Reporting Currency Ledger? Any other options?

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): We are on Oralce fusion financials version (11.13.23.04.0) and just had the 23B update applied to our environments
