How to ensure autocomplete rule triggers only in offer screen for When and Why section?

We have built an autocomplete rule using 'When and Why' object in HCM to validate start dates captured in 'When and Why' section of offer screen for internal transfer cases. It is working as expected by validating start dates captured by recruiters while creating an offer for internal transfers. However, rule is also impacting manager and position update pages by triggering an error. Would like to know how to get this rule work only within offer screen in ORC and not impact other pages in HCM?
