User is not able to update/delete comments for self evaluation

Summary:

while doing self evaluation for performance review ,one user directly copy paste content from outlook which includes the emojis as well.

After saving this , he is only able to locate the content once he clicks in to that Goal and he is not able to update/delete the content. It seems all content is corrupted now. Has anybody has the same issue and how to resolve this , so user can complete his performance review.
