Decode in Webservice not functionning well

Hello,

I have constructed a webservice request to extract a Taleo Candidate Profile Preferences. In this request, in the Class "Candidate", I want several fields regarding the profile of the Candidate :

I order to get the right value in 'JobField,Parent,Name' and 'JobField,Name', I added a decode function that will extract the right value depending on the JobField Level. Here is the code extract :
