The job requisition visible to the user should be the same from the backend. In the parameter type as menu, we are using a LOV where we need to restrict the job requisition number which are not accessible to the user. The below code snippet provides you the list of job requisiton number where user is Hiring Manager,Recruiter and Collaborator. Apart from this there are still other job requisition numbers which are not accessible.
