Adding DFF to goals detail page

Hi team,

we'd like to add some fields to the summary visualization of goals. These fields are available in the detail page of the goal, but we need to open goals one by one to see these details, so we'd like to view them also form outside the goal, in the summary page of the goal plan.

The fields are the category (standard field)

The target (a DFF)

Does anyone know if this is possibile and how to do it?
