PSD Code auditing and workflow for existing workers and address changes
Need best approach to automate PSD Code populating, based on employee's home address for existing employees and workers with address changes. Using Vertex but it's not accurate for cities with multiple PSD codes; nor does it end a PSD code if they move to another state with no locals.
Our companies are located in PA and much of our workforce as well. We need a way to capture the PSD codes for existing workers and also for workers performing address change. If an employee has an address change, we would like them to be redirected to an area to review and/or update their PSD code if applicable. What are some of the ways other companies are handling/monitoring/auditing local tax updates in Oracle cloud.
