Reporting on KPI's of HR teams including metadata

Hi Guys,

I'm sourcing ideas on how tor report on KPI's that we need to report on around our HR team. Does anyone have any templates or ideas on how to create the below?

  • Time to hire (Time taken from Date entered in HCM vs Hire date)
  • Time to Assignment Changes (Time taken from Date entered in HCM vs Change Date)
  • Time to Termination (Time taken from Date entered in HCM vs Term date)

Some of this involves gathering the metadata that is created when these transactions are made and just wondering if I would find these in the Reports & Analytics area?
