Forbidden Error trying to access ChartofAccountsLOV API

Summary:

We are trying to connect to the ChartofAccountsLOV API but are receiving a forbidden error.

Content (required):

We have a read-only user role for General Ledger APIs (privileges export attached), but may be missing a privilege or data role to be able to access the ChartofAccounts values. Should also note that other GL APIs are working (ex. journals).

Are there any privileges or data security roles I need to add?
