How to change the periods to future enterable

Summary:The business year end is Jun-23.

Business didn't define the future periods initially 23-24 Year.

As per our understanding the subsequent period will mark as Future Enterable ,as periods were not define it didn't mark next period as Future Enterable .

Business transaction they required the Jul-23 Period to future enterable to record the credit transactions .

They are facing below error msg .

 

Please help in changing the periods to Future Enterable .
