I need to refresh my Test Environment and have a few questions.

I originally asked Oracle Support to refresh my Test CX environment but they sent me the following link and told me to come here if I had any questions. I originally didn't have a Cloud login but was assigned one from my IT dept. Now that i have a cloud login there are no applications listed under Applications it only says "You only have Classic Applications. Classic Applications can be viewed in the Cloud Classic Console". Is this something the Cloud admin has to add or am I supposed to use the Cloud Classic Console, if so how to refresh from
