How to enable recurring Activities (Tasks & Appointments) in CX Cloud?
Summary: Need documentation on how to set this up for CX Cloud. I have found articles on this related to Next Gen but can't seem to find anything regarding enabling for CX Cloud. I found 1 link for CX Cloud that mentioned details as to how recurring Activities work but nothing related to how to set up the system to allow Users to leverage the functionality.
