How to customize the pages where contacts are added from other modules

We want to customize the pages where contacts are added from different modules such as leads, opportunities, accounts, etc.

Content (required):

We need to customize the pages where contacts are added. In the example images, we are adding contacts from the opportunities module, but we want that in the search page we can include a new field, for example, "contact status", and additionally, add that field as a column on the search result.

This is possible? I have tried by Application composer and Page composer but I can't find it viable.
