Retro PTO Issue

Summary:

Hello Everyone,


We are facing issue with one of the retro payments for PTO.

Employee applied 11 back dated PTOs for March and April after one of the biweekly payroll completed in MAY.

Employee applied PTO in Kronos then that leave details transferred to Absence.

When Recalculate payroll for retroactive Changes ran Following Results came

1) + ve Retro entries got created for 11 Days

2) -Ve retro entries got created for 6 days.

So employee got overpaid for 40 hours.

Employee applied leaves like below.

03/20/2023 -03/24/2023 -- 5 Days/40 Hours

03/27/2023 - 03/29/2023 -- 3 Days /24 Hours

04/17/2023 - 04/18/2023 -- 2 Days /16 Hours

04/24/2023 -- 1 Day /8 Hours

+ve Retro payments payments processed for date range is 03/12/2023 to 05/06/2023
