Hi Team,

We have the following scenarios, please let us know if the routing algorithm can help us achieve via some filters or rules:-

  1. Activities in route of resources with a custom property value = declined" should be moved back to bucket.
  2. If there is an internal 'Non-working' activity and a customer facing activity in a resource's route, the customer facing activity should be moved back to bucket if service window would be lost.

Please give us few insights on how to achieve this if anybody had come across similar requirement. For #1 we had tried using filters and giving cost of assigning to bucket as 'low' which did not work. Any help on ideas to achieve these requirements would be appreciated.
