Notification when an Installed Base asset is created

Hi all,

Is there a groovy script which we can create to send notifications to specific people when an install base asset is created automatically?

The scenario is like this: when a sales order for a customer asset flagged item is shipped, an IB asset will be created. Do we have a possibility / groovy script example to trigger notification when the IB asset is created in CX?
