Can we gain access to Financial data cube to develop our internal reports?

The current custom report built in FRS needs to be used by users that do not have access to Oracle Fusion.

We are trying to setup connection between our data warehouse (not using SmartView) and the Essbase Cube.

How can we setup the connection to pull data from cube?

How often can we pull the data?

As cube data are real time, are there any pre-cautions/pre-requisites that we have to perform?

How will the FRS report drill down function work on custom report built in our data warehouse?
