We are now using the TEE application for a few months and start to feel comfortable. One thing we feel we are not doing correct is planning candidates. We spend a lot of time calling them up, asking them when they could come over, overlook the Outlook agenda of the recruiter and hiring manager, schedule the meeting, and hopefully not start over since someone is sick or forgot to register a personal leave day...
The problem we have is that an interview almost never comes alone. If a candidate is invited over, they are expected to do some personal tests, calculus testing, maybe 2 or 3 interview at once... So the schedule gets more complicated. How do you effectively keep track of the invitation to the candidate, and organize the reservation of the interview room, the test computer, ...? It seems we are going back and forth into Outlook calenders, mails with the candidate and Taleo to register the final outcome (to have registered).
