How to change the label of a deeplink?

Summary:

Hi Team, We have a requirement to change the label of the deep link, i.e the display name

Content (required):

We've added the deep link of a DOR, as an external URL in a checklist and it looks something like this to user in front end

Instead of "Go to Website" we would like to label it as "Document of record".

Any response would be appreciated.
