CSV template for supplier annual program

Summary:

Our customer uses Channel Revenue Management to manage their supplier rebates.

For the supplier annual program, we understand users have to upload the invoices via CSV upload into the Channel Revenue Management module.

However no CSV template has been found to be used as basis to upload that information.

Could you please confirm where this CSV template cab be obtained?
