Can we pass TCC filter values using Command Prompt?

Summary:

I am running TCC script to fetch all resumes from year 2016 to 2023 by passing date filters in batches manually in TCC filters. As there is limitation to the size of TCC output, that is why in duration of around 10-15 days I have to pass the date filters, which is taking much manual effort and time. So I am looking a way by which this TCC script can be automated.
