Can we Default 'Payroll frequency' based on EMPLOYEES current frequency

We have a rule approved for 'Next Holdings Limited' #19 to default payroll frequencies on the offer(as below)
I have configured the rules we require for external candidates, however for INTERNAL candidates we need to reference their current Payroll frequency and default it to what they currently are on.
Eg Employee Is on Mid-Monthly GB frequency in their current assignment, so we need it to default to this om the offer
