Talent Centre Email Notifications

When the employee edits information on Talent Center, notifications are set up to be sent to 2 users. The challenge is, when we hire a new employee, every time they add new employee data (and there are at least 15 pieces of data we ask them), we get an email for each piece of data. That's a lot of emails!
We want to keep this feature turned on, because when a tenured employee changes their address, for example, we want to be alerted so that we can make changes in other systems.
