How to bypass autocomplete rules in workflow?

Summary:

We've been facing this errors when employees submit their National Identifier in Workflow.

1º) They submit their National Identifier and the workflow is in progress to be approved.

2º) When they try to change their relationship contact from: Other -> To: Dependent. The rule It's auto-approved and we can see the workflow is completed, but after few hours ago.. the workflow gets a error "JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction" and inside of the TAC LOG when can see one message about autocomplete, because the 1º transaction still in progress because no one approved.

Is it possible to bypass this rule in Autocomple? Because, we need to the National Identifier goes to approval and the customer don't want to remove this rule in Production.
