Default Fulfillemnt warehouse based on Sourcing Rule and On hand Availability

Content (required):

a. Sourcing Rule is defined as transfer from warehouse A as Rank 1 and transfer from warehouse B as Rank 2.

b. Require system to default Rank 1 warehouse if enough inventory is available in warehouse A at the time of booking the sales order .

c. If Inventory to reserve is not available in Rank1, then default Rank 2 warehouse B.
