Hello everyone,
we are mapping the various agencies in the system that a customer can use within the ORC module.
In particular, when an agent is added for an agency, a welcome notification is sent to the agent.
Why would the text of this email be customizable?
I tried to look for this notification in the library and in "Alert composer" but I can't find it.
Could you give me some more information?
