Scheduling date when a Change on Agreement comes into effect

If we can define a set date when a change on a BPA should come into effect?

we have created BPAs for our client. However they want that if a change order is created on that BPA, the change order should come in effect at a specific date. will it be possible. Suppose BPA change order is created today but client want the changes to reflect from July 1. Is there any functionality for the same?
