Is it possible to customize the view called Expense Reports Pending Review, located in Expenses/Auditing?

The business needs to get the column Last Updated By, and it is not available in the View/Columns-menu...

Or is it possible to get the view/sql that generates this view, so that we can create it ourselves and integrate it on the page?
