Can we make the payroll field as optional under payroll details for Local and Global transfer

Can we make the payroll field as optional under payroll details for Local and Global transfer

Content (required):

When trying to customize the local and global transfer page via design studio, we do not see payroll field as field to make changes like not required. All other fields on the payroll details appear to make customization but cant see payroll.

Where as for Hire transaction, I see that it is visible to make it optional or required.
