Need Query for Fusion ESS processes with Notification type identified

Summary:

Need a query to list all Fusion ESS 'parent' scheduled processes, identifying the following for each waiting 'parent' processs: process id, process name, and for each notification defined: address type, recipient, condition

Several Fusion releases ago, the ability to define a process Notification by either User ID -or- Email Address was added. Prior to that enhancement the Recipient type was supposed to be a Oracle User Id (but was not verified by the software to actually be). We have identified that when some processes were defined, instead of specifying a Fusion User Id, an email address was entered - and that was found to be the reason we were not receiving notifications when those processes had warnings or errors. When the Fusion 'address type' enhancement was implemented we assume that all existing Notifications were initialized
