Customer Contact is not getting populated in Customer Assets created from Sales Order

Summary: Customer Contact is not getting populated in Customer Assets created from Sales Order.

Content (required):

  1. Sales order created with Contact info added at Header and ShipTo Contact Line and BillTo Contact Line level.
  2. Customer Asset created from the order.
  3. But Contact field is blank.
  4. And when check in LOV, all those values are available to be selected.

Screenshot mentioned it the document uploaded.

We need ShipTo Contact should be populated in Contact field.
