We have just switched from BI Publisher based notifications to Alerts based. There are Onboarding and Offboarding related journeys, where the performers are either the line manager, or the worker. All the alerts are triggered with FYI instead of FYA; I was wondering if there is any way to change this? I have read several posts on Customer Connect on the same topic and I still cannot get why the alerts have triggered like this and how this can be changed. If the logic behind is to send FYI alerts to the owners and FYA to the performers, it doesn't
