23B How to configure auto approval rule using spreadsheet for Journal batch if the Intercompany BSV is 0000 for all JE lines.

Content (required):

  1. Our requirement is to configure autoapprove rule if the Intercompany BSV for all the JE lines in a JE batch is having 0000 as the value.
  2. For Acheiving this , we would normally use advanced mode in BPM using NONE option.
  3. As per 23B, new customers for Invoice or Journal approval workflows should configure approval rules using Simplified Workflow Rules spreadsheet only. Reference: Defaulting Simplified Rules Configuration(SRC) for 23B (Doc ID 2949108.1)
  4. We have tried multiple ways to configure the rule as per our requirement in spread sheet but unable to find a way. The spreadsheet always creates rule in Advanced mode using the "Altlease one" option.
