How do we remove records from the Manage Job Offer table?

How do we remove a record from the Manage Job Offer table if HR ended up hiring the person into the same position using a different path (i.e. Add Work Relationship, Hire an Employee, or even creating a new Req with the same position and then hiring them under that new req) while the original job offer was sitting in the Manage Job Offer table? If we try to "reject candidate" or "redraft offer", we get an error based on the person already being in the position. So for, the only solution we have is to cancel all work relationships
