Add DFF to Learners tab under Offering

Summary: Client has requirement when learners are booked on ILT, are not to be rostered to work, or able to request leave. This is managed within Payroll and Integration team need to select Learner and Offering dates only to pass through OIC and into the 3rd party. Do not require Course or Offering details to be passed through.

Is it possible to add DFF on Learners tab to be used as 'flag' for Integration to OIC?

Content (required): Have checked Manage Descriptive Flexfields and WLF_LI_OFFERING seems to only offer option at Offering level for any data.

Require DFF to actually sit at Learner level and have a flag with YES or NO. Anything with NO will be selected in scheduled Integration process and be sent to Payroll and changed to YES. On next scheduled process would be excluded and only selects any new records. This needs to appear for every ILT Offering created as a result and is specific to Learner so details for Person ID and dates are all that are required.
