How to report on previous person name in OTBI?

Summary:

I want to create a report in OTBI, that will show changes of person name - current name and previous name.

Content (required):

I tried Person Names/Person Names (Global)/Person Names (Local) in "Workforce Management - Person Real Time" but they show only latest value for Person name. Previous Last Name field is not even populated.

PER_PERSON_NAMES_F table stores the whole history of Person Name changes with information about effective start date, effective end date, last update date etc., but I want to stay with OTBI.

Can you please advise if OTBI offers any ability to report on historic data for Person name?
