Delegate Approvals for a person to another person and both should receive notification

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement to delegate approvals for job requisition and job offer. We were able to add the approval delegation for a person from Account Management of the person.

But both the users(the person whose approval been delegated and the other person to whom delegated approval will go to ) should receive the notification.

Could anyone please let me know how to achieve this ?
