Information template flowing from REQ to PO doesn't have a proper name

Summary: The information template flowing from REQ to PO doesn't have a proper name.

We are using an information template DFF and assigning them to Smart Form. That smart form is being used to create Purchase requisitions. After creation, the information template comes in as a Line level attachment in the PR. This attachment has a very long and improper name. It contains various special characters.

Then PO is auto-created from PR.

The same attachment from PR, which has an improper name, flows into the PO line as a Line level attachment.

Since this attachment has an improper name, it doesn't flow to the Supplier in the PO email communication.
