Offering Assignment

Summary:

In my project, our client wants that as a learning specialist he should be alerted if Learner is already engaged to other courses (ILT-VITL) for the same time .

Currently I created 2 ILT offering at the same time , but there seems to be no such validation.

Please suggest if any workaround is possible to handle such scenario.
