Internal Candidate Transfer/Promote from ManageJobOffers is routing to Change Assignment transaction

Summary:

During the internal hiring process where an employee is promoted or transferred is routed to the Change Assignment transaction in HR. We are expecting a transfer/promotion to go to the corresponding Transfer/Promote transaction in Core HR.

Is this expected system functionality or is there something that can be done to change it?

Content (required):

During the internal hiring process where an employee is promoted or transferred is routed to the Change Assignment transaction in HR. We are expecting a transfer/promotion to go to the corresponding Transfer/Promote transaction in Core HR.

Once the internal candidate is moved to HR, the next step is to process the candidate from Manage Job Offers. On the Manage Job Offers page, we identify the candidate and then click on the available action Promotion/Transfer -> this is taking to the Change Assignment transaction. We are expecting to go to Promote/Transfer transaction.

Howdy, Stranger!
