Restricting reporting to meet Schrems II requirements
We have a requirement to restrict person special category data reporting access for our internal HR/IT users that are based outside of EU/CH/UK. The users would still require the reporting ability for other data points for these employees however should not have the ability to report on the sensitive data such as Disability, Ethnicity, Religion and Sexual Orientation of employees within these locations.
Are there any customers with similar requirements? We looked at Article 9 of GDPR to define the Schrem II related field requirements.
