Prompt for Assigned on Date and Completion Date are not filtered based on the security of user (OLC)

Dears,

I've created a prompt with two filters:

• YEAR(Learning Record Details.Assigned on Date)
• YEAR(Learning Record Details.Completion Date)

I don't understand the reason why in choice list values are not filtered based on the security of user even tho i've added a measurement.

i.e. I've tested with a Line Manager that has not Learners with a learning assignment in 2018 (both Assigned on Date and Completion Date), neverthless user in choice of list can see also 2018 year.

Any suggestion?
