How to add the Business Justification field in the employee details page

Summary:

When recruiters create a job requisition, they are filling up the delivered business justification field in ORC. When the candidate is converted to an employee later on, we need to show whether the candidate was hired on basis of a new or a replacement position and hence just want to confirm the feasibility of bringing this ORC field to the employee details page in employee management.
