Importing the Journals (From FTP server,or UCM) into Oracle fusion application rather than FBDI,OIC.

We have placed files in FTP server using interfaces(using BIP Reports) by scheduling these daily..The following steps need to be done through automation other OIC (oracle Integration Cloud) :

1. Pick the files from FTP server

2.Load interface for Import

3.Import JournalsCould you please suggest us is there any another possible ways to do the above steps other than OIC..
