We have a requirement to send a notification when employee's information (Ex. Bank). gets changed. The notification should appear in the application. (Worklist - bell notification). Can we achieve this using notification preferences / alert composer? Please share if you have any ideas.

We have followed the below MOS:

Fusion Global Payroll: How to Send Email Notifications for Personal Payment Method (PPM) Changes ? (Doc ID 2750566.1)

The notification should be sent to anyone who has PAYROLL Role when employee bank information gets changed.

and the notification should not be sent when the banking information is changed for specific business units employee.
