Default Coverage is not auto-populated

Summary:

I configured default coverage for global and customer level. When I select a coverage product in subscription (this product doesn't have standard coverage assigned in PIM), coverage template is not auto-populated based on the default coverage setup.

What could be the cause of this behavior?
