Creating a My Reporting tab in HCM

Anyone created a My Reporting tab in HCM with links to dashboards?

I was recently on a demo using the Vision environment and spotted that a tab had been created when had links to reporting dashboards.

Has anyone else done this? Would be great to understand how easy this would be to do as it is much easier for our end users than going via Reports & Analytics etc

I'm also thinking it would be easier to put security around it at this level eg Line Manager has access to A dashboard, Recruiter has access to B and C dashboard etc.
